Kreb's cycle
is a step in the cellular aerobic respiration. It is a series of chemical reactions that takes place in the breakdown of glucose to release energy, It takes place in the mitochondria. Kreb's cycle is also known as citric acid cycle or tricarboxylic acid cycle. It results in the formation of carbon dioxide and ATPs.
