1. Composting- Firstly we have to prepare the compost for which organic matters is required.
   
2. Spawning- Oyster mushroom spawn is required.
   
3. Casing- The mushrooms must be kept in clean cases in which they are grown.
   
4. Pinning- It is required and is done after casing of mushrooms.
   
5. Cropping- The mushroom takes 3-5 days to harvest.
