Dear student,
Nomadic herding is a type of subsistence agricultural farming practise where herdsmen migrate from place to place with their animals for fodder and water, along defined routes. In this type of agricultural practice, animals are raised for milk, meat, wool, hides and other products necessary for personal consumption. It is practised in the semi-arid and arid regions of Sahara, Central Asia and some parts of India like Rajasthan and Jammu & Kashmir.
Subsistence farming is a type of farming or agriculture where the farmers grow and harvest enough crops to feed themselves and their own families. The farmer has small piece of land and make low investments, basic technology and household labour to produce small output. This type of farming are practised in under developed and developing countries only.
