Functions of the membranous labyrinth:

  2. The bony labyrinth is surrounded by the membranous labyrinth.
  3. Endolymph plays an important role in the stimulation of hair cells.
  4. The stimulation of hair cells restores the sound and vestibular transmission.
  5. The fluid present in the inner ear is commonly for natural sound and stability.
  6. Sensory organs permit the sound signal to hear the sound.
