How is membership of a shareholder terminated?

Termination of membership refers to the expiry of a contract between a member and company where the member no longer holds the shareholder membership of the company. Such a termination takes place on the date of the severance of the member or on the date on which all those benefits which the member is entitled to is fully distributed to him or her.
