Norwester wind generally very destructive in nature. When in summer low pressure develop inland areas then wind blow into this low-pressure center from the surrounding high-pressure centres of the sea and contains a lot of moisture with it. Norwester wind is known by different names in different places. In India, it's popularly known as Kalbaishakhi. It generally heats in West Bengal and Bangladesh. It cause comes in the from mid-April to the month of May and causes huge destruction almost every year.
