The members of the Third Estate declared themselves as a National Assembly who represented the people and invited the nobles and the clergy to collaborate with them.The members took a solemn declaration to form a new Constitution for France.This action of the members of the Third Estate came to be known as "Tennis Court Oath"in the history of France.
