i. Goal-oriented: Management consolidates the efforts of various individuals in an organisation for the achievement of the common goals of the organisation.
ii. Continuous: Various functions of management (such as planning, organising, directing, staffing and controlling) are performed simultaneously and continuously by the managers at all levels.
