i. Systemised knowledge- Similar to art, science and profession, management incorporates a systemized and well-defined body of knowledge which can be attained through various colleges, institutes and books.
ii. Dynamic application- Art and profession involves personalised application of the knowledge and skills of a person. Similarly, managers mould the theories and principles of management as per the given situation and the need of the hour.
iii. Universal validity- The scientific principles are based on defined cause-effect relationship and are universally applicable. Similarly, the theories and principles of management are universally valid.
