Technological environment comprises technological changes and improvements. For example, introduction of computers and Internet, has changed the way an organisation works today. Similarly, continuous improvement and innovations in the technology used in production improves the quality of production. While, on the one hand, improvement in technology provides new business opportunities for enterprises, on the other hand, there is a threat of the technology used becoming obsolete with the emergence of new innovations.
