DDT, Endosulfan, Aldrin, Bigon, Ethion are the commonly used pesticides in India. They sometime are harmful to animals, plants and farmers using them.
Malathion, Disyston and BHC are some of the pesticides which can be used without affecting the animals and plants.
Insecticide is a pesticide used against insects . They include ovicides and larvicides used against the eggs and larvae of insects respectively. It used in agriculture, household etc.
