Here a=−1.5 and d=−0.5.
The nth term of the AP is an=a+(n−1)d
∴a1=a=−1.5
a2=a+d=−1.5+(−0.5)=−2
a3=a+2d=−1.5+2×(−0.5)=−2.5
a4=a+3d=−1.5+3×(−0.5)=−3 and so on.
Therefore, the required AP is
−1.5,−2,−2.5,−3,...
Here a=−1.5 and d=−0.5.
The nth term of the AP is an=a+(n−1)d
∴a1=a=−1.5
a2=a+d=−1.5+(−0.5)=−2
