Reaction between dilute Sulphuric acid and Sodium sulphite:

When dilute Sulphuric acid (H2SO4) is poured over Sodium sulphite (Na2SO3), it will give Sodium sulphate(Na2SO4), Sulphur dioxide gas (SO2) and water (H2O) as a product.
