Solution

The correct option is B (i) Cr2O27+6Fe+2+14H2Cr+3+6Fe+3+7H2O
Option (A) is correct. In presence of dilute sulphuric acid, potassium dichromate oxidizes ferrous sulphate to ferric sulphate, potassium dichromate is reduced to chromium sulphate. Orange colour of solution turns green. The balanced chemical reaction is as shown.
6FeSO4+K2Cr2O7+7H2SO43Fe2(SO4)3+K2SO4+Cr2(SO4)3+7H2O
The net ionic equation is as shown.
Cr2O27+6Fe+2+14H+2Cr+3+6Fe+3+7H2O
