Reactions of Ammonia and Ammonium hydroxide

(ⅰ ) Ammonia burns with Oxygen to give water and Nitrogen

4NH3g+3O2g2N2g+6H2Ol(Ammonia)(Oxygen)(Nitrogen)(water)

(ⅱ) Ammonia reacts with Copper sulphate and precipitates Copper hydroxide

CuSO4aq+2NH3g+2H2OlCu(OH)2aq+(NH4)2SO4s(Coppersulphate)(Ammonia)(Water)(Copperhydroxide)(Ammoniumsulphate)

(ⅱⅰ) When Ammonium hydroxide is added to solution of Ferric chloride, then it results in formation of Ferric hydroxide and Ammonium chloride

6NH4OHaq+2FeCl3s2Fe(OH)3aq+6NH4Cls(Ammoniumhydroxide)(Ferricchloride)(Ferrichydroxide)(Ammoniumchloride)

So here Ammonia reacts with Oxygen to form Nitrogen, Ammonia with Copper sulphate give Copper hydroxide and Ammonium hydroxide with Ferric chloride form Ferric hydroxide.
