3x−2y−4=0 ⇒2y=3x−4 ⇒y=32x−2 ....(i) This is in the slope-intercept form, y=mx+c and comparing equation (i) with it, we get, m=32 and c=−2 ⇒ Thus, slope of the line is 3 and y-intercept is −2.
