Write the equivalent version of Euclid's fifth postulate.

Open in App
Solution

The equivalent versions of the Euclid’s fifth postulates states that, if a straight line crosses the two straight lines making the alternate angles equal to one another, then the straight lines will also be made parallel to one another.

  • There is no specific upper limit that has been considered to the area of the triangle.
  • We can draw a circle which passes through the three collinear points provided that the points are given.
  • The straight line which is parallel to the straight line is parallel to each other.
  • When the two straight lines intersect one another then it cannot be parallel to the third one.
