Conversion of fractional form into the decimal form:

Given, that the fraction is 1250

(Here convert the denominator in the power of 10 i.e, 10 or 100 or 1000)

12×250×2=24100

Now, Write the numerator of a required fraction and put the decimal point by leaving as many digits from the right as there are zeros in the denominator of the given fraction.

24100=0.24 (Putting decimal by leaving 2 digit from right)

Thus, 0.24 is required decimal number.
