Step 3

Add integer and lowest form of fractional value of decimal part

$5+\frac{3}{5}=\frac{25+3}{5}=\frac{28}{5}$ ( Taking LCM to add )

Hence, the fractional value of $5.6$ is $\frac{28}{5}$ and it is already in its lowest form as further simplification is not possible.
