A terminating decimal, is a decimal that has an end.

A non-terminating decimal is defined as a decimal number that does not have an endpoint in its decimal digit and keeps repeating forever.

On simple division we get ,

715=0.466666....

Hence, the decimal form of 715 is 0.46- and the decimal expansion is non- terminating.
