Given the condition that x is 2 digir number and sum os less than 5
the posiible digits are 2 digit numbers forming with 1,2,3
{11,12,13,21,22,31}
if we are using 4 then a number coming with 4 will exeed the sum 5 or =5
All other numbers formed with the above number gives 5
