The tabular form or Roster form of the given set $A = \{x : x \in N, - 1 < x < 3\}$ can be given as below
In the given set $x$ is a natural number and it lies between $- 1$ and $3$

$A = \{0, 1, 2\}$
Cardinal number of the set $A$ is the number of elements in it $.$ It is denoted by $n (A)$
$n (A)$ $= 3$
