The organisms which decompose the dead organisms and break down the complex compounds of dead organisms into simple nutrients are called decomposers. Decomposer play very important role e.g. bacteria fungi etc. They decompose the complex compounds (dead organisms) into simple components. Some part of these simple substances is reabsorbed by decomposers and rest is left in the environment for re-cycling.
