On comparing equation $\left(i\right)$ with $ax+by+c=0$

we get, $a=\frac{1}{2},b=-1$ and $c=-7$

Therefore, from the linear equation $\frac{1}{2}x-y-7=0$, we get the value of $a$ is $\frac{1}{2}$, $b$ is $-1$and $c$ is $-7$
