Wilt disease is found in many plants due to fungal agent Fusarium. Wilting is commonly found in tomato, gram, banana and cotton due to species of Fusarium. These are the broad leaf plants. There is stunting of the plants observed. The leaves show chlorosis and then results in wilting and death. there is damage to the vascular tissues in the roots which decay and result in the death of the plant.
