Write the name of the leader ruling Zimbabwe since 1980. Why cannot his rule be called democratic ? Explain any 2 reasons.

Robert Mogave has been ruling Zimbabwe since 1980.
His rule cannot be called as the democratic rule because:
1. Hus rule has been based on the unfair election practises.
2. Opposition parties are being harassed ,hence curbing the freedom of expression.
