Bakelite is a condensation polymer of phenol and formaldehyde.

Thus its monomers are as follow:
$C_{6} H_{5} O H p h e n o l$ and $H C H O f o r m a l d e h y d e$

$i i) N y l o n - 6, 6$

It is the condensation polymer of adipic acid and hexamethylene diamine.
Here 6 represents the number of carbon atoms in each monomer.

The two monomers of Nylon-6,6 can be given as follow:
$H O O C - (C H_{2})_{4} - C O O H a d i p i c a c i d$ and $H_{2} N - (C H_{2})_{6} - N H_{2} h e x a m e t h y l e n e d i a m i n e$
