A rational number is defined as a number that can be expressed in the form pq where p is numerator and q denominator. Or

As we know that the number written above the line in a rational number is known as the Numerator and the number written below the line is known as the Denominator.

So, in 0-13 rational number,

Numerator =0

Denominator =-13

Hence, the numerator and denominator of rational number 0-13 is 0 and -13 respectively.
