Given, expression is -4y2+7xy2+2xy+6.

Here, the terms in expressions are -4y3,7xy2,2xy and 6.

So,

The numerical coefficient of the term -4y3 = -4.

The numerical coefficient of the term 7xy2 = 7.

The numerical coefficient of the term 2xy = 2.

And, the numerical coefficient of the term 6 = 6.

Hence, the numerical coefficients of the given expression are -4,7,2 and 6 respectively.
