(a) Pepsin is a proteolytic enzyme present in the gastic juice which converts proteins into proteoses and peptones.
(b, d, e) Carboxypeptidase, Trypsin, Chymotrypsin are the proteolytic enzyme present in the pancreatic juice. Proteins, proteoses and peptones in chyme reaching the intestine are acted upon by the above enzymes of pancreatic juice and are converted into dipeptides.
(c) Rennin is a proteolytic enzyme found in gastric juice of infants which helps in the digestion of milk proteins.
