Write the smallest 5-digit number that can be formed with the smallest digits without repeating any.

Finding the required 5-digit number

Arrange the first five smallest digits in ascending order.

0<1<2<3<4

Now, form the required number using the digits in above order without repeating any digit twice.

We cannot place 0 at the extreme left (zero at start will make the number a 4-digit number), substitute it with the digit on its immediate right .

Therefore, the required smallest 5-digit number is 10,234.
