Solution

(i) Sodium borohydride is used for the reduction of aldehydes and ketones to alcohols. It will not reduce esters.
(ii) A molecule of water is added to C=C double bond. OH group is added to the benzylic C atom.
(iii) Given ether reacts with HI. Ethyl iodide and phenol are the products. The bond between O and aromatic C is difficult to break and will require drastic conditions.
