Finding the term of series

Given algebraic expression is (3n+2)

Putting the natural numbers in place of n, we get the terms of the expression

Put n=1

3(1)+2=5 this is the first term

Put n=2

3(2)+2=8

Put n=3

3(3)+2=11

Hence, 5,8,11,14,17are the terms of the series (3n+2)
