Which is of the form a1x+b1y+c1=0 and a2x+b2y+c2=0, where a1=3, b1=k, c1=0, a2=2, b2=-1 and c2=0
For the system to have a unique solution, we must have
a1a2=b1b232k-1k-32
Hence, k-32.
