Think of any number and multiply/divide numerator and denominator with the same number. For the sake of simplicity we are taking are multiplying by $2$ and diving by $4$

$$\begin{gathered} \frac{16}{20}=\frac{16\times 2}{20\times 2}=\frac{32}{40} \\ \frac{16}{20}=\frac{16÷4}{20÷4}=\frac{4}{5} \end{gathered}$$

Hence, $\frac{32}{40}$ and $\frac{4}{5}$ are two equivalent fraction of $\frac{16}{20}$
