Apply Bodmas rule first we will perform division than addition or substration

x/2x = 1/2

x/2x -(6+6x) = -2/7

1/2 -6 -6x = -2/7

-6x = -2/7 -1/2 + 6

-6x = -4/14 -7/14 + 84/14

-6x = (84-11)/14

-6x = 73/14

x = -73/84
