Xplain the tennis court oath

On 20 June 1789 the representatives of 3rd estate assembled themselves in indoor tennis court of Versailles ground and declared themselves as national assembly and decided not to disperse till they drafted the constitution for France.They were lead by Abbeysieyes and Mirabeau . This was only because LOUIS XVI rejected their proposal of one vote for one person and they were fed up by the cruelness of the king and the special reservation to clergy and nobles and also from the tithe taken by the clergy from them.
