The correct option is C

In the trapezium ABEF,

AD = 4 cm, since this is the equal side of Orange triangle which is equal to 4 cm.

DB = 8 cm, since this is the hypotenuse of Blue triangle which is equal to hypotenuse of Yellow triangle, as it is given as equilateral triangle all the sides must be equal.

BC = 4 cm, since BC and AD are equal in trapezium .

Length of the path ADBC = AD + DB + BC
= 4 + 8 + 4
= 16 cm
