Menstrual cycle is the regular natural changes occurring in the uterus and ovaries which facilitate pregnancy. After menstruation, a new cycle begins, ovulation follows it and pregnancy can only be caused when the released ovum gets fertilized. Hence, women can reproduce after menstruation.
