Then according to the question, we have

$\Rightarrow x+15\%$ of $x=35.19$

$\Rightarrow x+\frac{15}{100}\times x=35.19$

$\Rightarrow \frac{100x+15x}{100}=35.19$

$\Rightarrow 115x=35.19\times 100$

$\Rightarrow 115x=3519$
