Being a science student, you did not accept to go outside, instead you decided to hang the balloon on the wall.
After a long thinking, you got the idea to use your knowledge of charging by friction in which there is no need of lab equipments.
You just rubbed the balloon with your hair and immediately hanged the balloon at the wall. The balloon remain hanged at the wall.
