We know that power P=VI=I^2R=V^2/R
So power is inversely proportional to resistance
As we know bulbs are all designed for a given voltage rating .
In India bulbs are designed for 230V supply,
So for a 100W bulb,the resistance offered is very low when compared to 40W and 60W bulb
