Solution

1)First stir this mixture very well and leave it undisturbed for sometime. After sometime v can c tht the mud, waterand oil forms seperate layers.Seperate sand from the mixture by sedimantation and decantation or by filtration,After tht pour the mixture of oil and water to seperating funnel and leave it undisturbed v can c tht the water settles at bottom as it is denser thn oil and oil flots on water.Open the stopcock of sp funnel and pour out the lower layer of water carefully then close the stopcock of the sp funnel wen oil reaches at bottom
2)Solubility is the property of a solid, liquid, or gaseous chemical substance called solute to dissolve in a solid, liquid, or gaseous solvent.

For many solids dissolved in liquidwater, the solubility increases withtemperature. The increase in kinetic energy that comes with highertemperatures allows the solvent molecules to more effectively break apart the solute molecules that are held together by intermolecular attractions
