$\therefore$ $1$ kg Ruby $=\frac{4}{0.3}=13.33$ Crore

Emerald $0.4$ kg costs $5$ crore

$1kgofemerald=\frac{5}{0.4}=\frac{50}{4}=12.5crore$

As cost of ruby is more $\therefore$ we should pick more ruby than emerald.
