We can measure a minimum of 10.This can be done in following steps.
1. Fill the 110 ml container fully
2. Transfer its water to the 25ml container till the 25ml container is full
3.Empty the 25ml container
4. Repeat the step 2 and 3 m three more times.
After these steps the water left in the 110 ml container will be=11025252525=10ml
