Let us consider,

Number of toothpicks we have is 2152

If the one toothpick is equal to 0.1we can express the number of toothpicks as,

2152=215.2

If the one toothpick is equal to 0.01 we can express the number of toothpicks as,

2152=21.52

If the one toothpick is equal to 0.001 we can express the number of toothpicks as,

2152=2.152
