Here, hydrochloric acid (HCl) and sulphuric acid (H2SO4) are acids. So, sodium hydroxide (NaOH) will react with them to form respective salts and water. The reactions involved are:

HCl (aq)+NaOH (aq)NaCl (aq)+H2O (l)

Two bases do not react. So, sodium hydroxide (NaOH) will not react with ammonium hydroxide (NH4 OH) and lithium hydroxide (LiOH).
