You have three resistors of values 2Ω,3Ω and 5Ω. How will you join them so that the total resistance is more than 7Ω? Draw a diagram for the arrangement.

In order to get more than 7Ω resistance from three resistors 2Ω, 3Ω and 5Ω, we need to connect them in series as shown in the diagram.
The net resistance for this series connection is 2+3+5=10 Ω, which is greater than 7 Ω.
