The motor cyclist drop down when he is at the upper most point if antifungal is greater or equal –

$\frac{m{v}^2}{R}\ge mg$

$v\ge \sqrt{rg}$

$V_{min}=\sqrt{rg}$

$r=25m,g=9.8m{s}^{-2}$

$V_{min}=\sqrt{25\times 9.8}$

$=15.7m{s}^{-1}$
