Solution
Involuntary action:
The body activities that occur unconsciously or without an individual's knowledge are called involuntary actions. Sneezing, heartbeat and digestion are a few examples of involuntary actions.
When an individual is running, they start breathing heavily or faster to get sufficient oxygen to be transported to the muscles through the blood. Consequently, the heart begins to pump vigorously to supply blood to the muscles, which increases the heartbeat.
This increase in heartbeat and rate of breathing occurs without the individual's willingness; hence, these actions are involuntary actions.
